Return PolicyProducts being returned or exchanged must be unused and still have all tags. You have 21 days to exchange or return product(s) for a refund or credit minus shipping.
Product must be returned via a traceable delivery method and must be insured for its full value.
Please do not return products without contacting us first at elevate@elevateboutique.com to receive a return authorization number.
The customer will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping.
Items received without an authorization code or beyond 21 days from the date of purchase will be returned.
